Description: Extensive background in UNIX and Linux system administration and configuration, specifically RedHat Enterprise Linux 5.x is essential. Scripting experience programming with Bash, Perl, and Python is required. Candidate should have experience with UNIX/Linux internals, in particular SE Linux, IPTables TCP/IP networking dataflow tools and technologies (SSH, LDAP, SFTP, Message Bus, JMS, DNS, NFS, HTTP). Experience with VMware ESX 4.1 infrastructures, in particular vSphere and vMotion is preferred.
Desired Skills: Hands on experience with Storage Area Networks and Network Attached Storage, Cisco switches and routers, and VPN tunnels.

Job Title: Network Watch Officer

Description: Must have six years of relevant experience responding to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support issues in the event of a system failure. Candidate must have sound troubleshooting skills and be able to investigate, troubleshoot and escalate issues when appropriate. Candidate will attend and participate in briefings and must have strong oral and written communication skills. Candidate will work with a variety of tools to include HP Openview, Windows/Linux operating systems, and using network monitoring tools. Must possess strong Linux/UNIX and Windows skills and must be knowledgeable in Active Directory, and remote access tools. Must be open to shift work.

Description: Demonstrated performance in a helpdesk setting with excellent customer service. Must be familiar with supporting an end-user application. Must have worked in a multi-tier helpdesk before and have experience working with Software Developers and Systems Administrators to help reproduce and diagnose problems. Must have demonstrated experience being a liaison between end-users and technical resources like developers.
Desired Skills: Experience with the customer Production Chain, specifically in reporting.
 
Experience with IBM ClearQuest helpful.

Job Title: System Administrator

Description: Will provide 24/7 monitoring and administration for all systems. Support will include after-hours, weekend, and on-call as necessary. Will provide strong technical problem solving on issues raised by customers and troubleshoot network, server, and general system issues as required. Experience in developing scripts (i.e.; Bash, Perl, Python) and interface capabilities to support the transition of new services into operations. Will assist and direct customer with the use of siteStore capabilities and will provide operational system metrics as required to proactively support the siteStore system. Will provide projections for errors and performance; identify other system performance metrics that would add value for system and data flow managers. Will perform system analysis and system verification. Must possess knowledge of Internet protocol and have experience with troubleshooting network problems in configurations and software as well as experience with distributed computing.
Desired Skills: RedHat Linux certification, familiarity with Ruby, Puppet, Hobbit, Hadoop, Zookeeper, and/or Splunk. Proficiency with Linux skills (i.e.; ssh, ftp, and vi). Script familiarity. System troubleshooting experience.
