• Design training programs/curriculum to include outlines, text, handouts, tests, and assessments
• Demonstrate experience in the design, development, and evaluation of training courses, training materials, evaluation tools, and training system documentation
• Possess experience in assisting in the performance of task/skills development and training systems evaluations
• Experience in computer-based training desired

Job Title: Analyst/Trainer

Description: Candidate's duties will include desk, side, and classroom training, help desk support, software testing, technical writing, and requirements validation. Individual will work with the customer to apply the tools to the mission and will learn the existing tools, establishing tool version management techniques, as well as coordinate and deliver training requirement for multiple tools. Candidate will also work directly with analysts on data analysis methods and techniques as well as link analysis, documenting their requirements for enhancements to InfoVis tools. Candidate will provide support in preparing in-house programs, preparing training materials, and develop course content, as well as developing detailed analytic examples on how to use selected InfoVis tools to help in various mission data domains. The candidate should possess the ability to seek out analytic opportunities and show where the software can improve analyst's processes and they must have strong analytic skills as well as communicating well in order to teach GOTS classes at all levels, from Introduction to Advanced. 
Desired Skills: Knowledge of COTS and GOTS, understanding of key data repository systems and previous training and technical documentation experience a plus.

Job Title: Senior Trainer - Instructional Design

Description: 7+ years of experience as an instructional designer, educator, or consultant in a professional work environment is required. Candidate must also possess skills in developing, implementing, or training on diversity. Experience working with Windows and Unix environments.
Desired Skills: MA or MS degree in Education or Instructional Technology is preferred as well as knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and image manipulation software is a plus
